Help Candice get a new car bc of armed carjacking

 I'm Alexis and I'm trying to raise money to help my sister Candice morrell with getting a new car.

On memorial day she was a victim of a armed car jacking in commerce city, Colorado. She was stopped on the interstate in commerce city by a man with a rifle and was forced out of her car at gun point where he proceeded a high speed chase with the police from previously stealing a Penske truck. In order for the police to stop the man that stole my sister's car they had to do the pit remover which caused damage to my sister's car. Busted window, crushed backend, busted radiator etc.. They was luckily able to arrest the man in Aurora Colorado. 

A little about my sister. 

She is a young single mother of a 9 year old boy. (thank god that he wasn't in the car with her at that time). 

She is a special needs teacher and a pediatric home care provider. 

She works very hard to provide for her son and her self. 

With the pandemic that has been going on for over a year and the fact of just struggling to make ends meet being a single parent alone. She doesn't have the extra money to get a new one. So I'm trying to do what I can to try to help. It would be amazing and very greatly appreciated if you could help ease the burden of this unexpected expense for her as well. 

We are all so lucky especially my sister Candice that the horrific event that day didn't take a turn for the worse than her car just getting damaged. As we lost my older sister in 2018. I wouldn't know what I'd do if I lost my younger and only sister I have left.
