Help Charlie Recover - Near Fatal Motorcycle Crash

Charles is an extremely talented 3D animator, programmer, and avid soccer player. He was heading back into the office after lunch when the unthinkable happened. He was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident. Heading down a major street in Tucson, a car nearly cut his life short.
He has survived the crucial initial hours after the accident. However, Charlie is currently in ICU care under a medical sedation for another 3 days. We won't know if he's paralyzed or even has full neuro functioning until then, but the doctor's are hopeful. His helmet was instrumental in saving his life. But his other injuries could change his life forever.
The hospital will be monitoring his various breaks and fractures throughout the night. The break in his arm broke through the skin and could compromise the function in his hand. However, his largest injury was a broken leg. He has 6 breaks in his leg, 4 in the femur alone. He had massive blood loss from that, which thankfully the heroes in the OR were able to tackle immediately. They will be bringing him back into surgery to fuse more of his femur to do everything they can to avoid amputating his leg mid-thigh.
All of that said, Charles is a fighter. There isn't a problem he can't tackle. He is an amazing coworker, devoted son, and loving boyfriend. Our health insurance has a $5,000 deductible, and that's just to start. We are starting this GoFundMe for Charles and his family to help alleviate that burden as well as the additional medical bills that come from being in a hospital for multiple weeks. During this tumultuous time, we all need all the help we can get.
We are asking for any help as his family and friends come to grips with this unexpected tragedy. Although it's difficult to see past this moment, our goal is to raise the money that will allow Charlie to focus on his recovery.
