Anthony Charles Evans “Tony”

Tony was and will always be our hero. Tony was the youngest of five siblings. He was the funniest, kindest, smartest brother. He was everybody’s best friend. We will miss him for the rest of our days.

Tony loved his family and was always the peacekeeper and the one to make everyone laugh and feel better.

He also loved good movies and emo pop and a great pair of pants.

If you knew Tony, you knew he was just the coolest.

He spent the weekend with his family at the movie theater watching Fellowship of the Ring.

He went home with his brother and best friend Joey and went to sleep.

Tony died peacefully in his sleep early Sunday morning on June 9th. Death was kind to him, and we are so grateful. He deserved that.

He was 38. His birthday would be next week.

We intend to honor him for the rest of our days by staying true to what was most important to him- keeping the Evans family fellowship together and strong.

Tony loved his time at James River Nursery, where he worked to keep up the tree farms. He had a purpose there and he was very happy. We are thankful for the love and support JRN has showed us during this difficult time.

Our dad also passed 5 years ago, this month. Dad was Tony’s hero.

Now they will be laid to rest together.

This fund will help up us find a peaceful beautiful place to visit them until we can be with them again someday.
