Help Emmanuel Recover from His Failing Kidney

Dear good people of GoFundMe,

my name is Giles and I am setting up this campaign for Emmanuel in Ghana.

Emmanuel is my sister's husband and has been diagnosed with Polycystic kidney disease at the beginning of the year and his health has deteriorated quite quickly and is currently at the end stage of kidney failure.

The doctor explained that Emmanuel has a genetic disorder in which the renal tubules become structurally abnormal, resulting in the development and growth of multiple cysts within the kidney.

Emmanuel needs to undergo dialysis until he finds a compatible donor.  And this procedure will normally take time and can be very expensive.

A lot of expenses have already gone into his failing health for the last 3-4 months and even more, is expected to go into it.

Also, Emmanuel is a father of two kids - a boy (9yrs) and a girl (1yr), and the family is now in hard times.
