Help Ernest's Family Overcome Their Loss

I’m Kristina and I’m raising funds for the remarkable most loving group of people I know, the De Guzman family. With a deeply broken heart our beloved Ernest Clarence De Guzman was called home on June 17th 2024. He is survived by his soulmate Cheryldean K De Guzman, and his children Joseph, Roberta (Bobbie), Darlene, Tamara (Tammy), Jimaline (Jami),

Keith (Yau Fook), Danielle, Kimberly, Casie, Ernest II, and Nancy.

In 2020 he had a seizure that put him in the hospital. As you know that was the same time when Covid started and most of those admitted into the hospital didn’t make it out. Not Dad! He’s such a fighter! After being there for 2 months though he lost his eye sight and had to learn how to walk and talk again he was able to come home.

Now 4 years later he had a bad stroke and seizure that took his ability to talk. He fought long and hard to stay with us all but he wasn’t able to breathe on his own. That’s when God called him home. As you can imagine, mom was his everything from his best friend, the love of his life, his beautiful wife, his other half, and his caregiver. She did everything for him. So much she wasn’t able to go back to work. With Dad gone now she does lose his income from the state for disability. Needless to say she could use all the help she could get to pay for cremation which ranges from $785-$4,000.00 medical bills including dad’s ambulance ride, transfer of hospitals, and in ICU for 3/4 weeks, rent, electricity, your everyday normal bills.
