Final expenses for my Great Grandmother

I've been the sole caretaker of my Great Grandmother Maxine since my Grandmother passed away in 2012. GG was sent to skilled nursing by the hospital for Physical, Occupational therapy and wound care on 12-12-2019 her insurance covers 100% the first 20 days, any proceeds will go towards extra days in the skilled nursing if she is released and doesn't need the extra days the proceeds will go to any care that is needed at home.
