It is with extremely heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Chris Barbiea, a beloved father, protective brother, devoted son, fantastic uncle, and cherished friend. Chris's life ended tragically and way too soon, leaving behind his precious three-year-old daughter, Nevaeh. We are reaching out to our friends and family for support to cover funeral expenses and to establish a trust fund for Nevaeh, who has lost her father far too early in life.

Chris was a man of many talents and passions. He was known for his skilled hands and hard-working nature. Whether it was working on a project building furniture,as a talented stagehand, or hitting the gym, Chris approached life with enthusiasm and dedication and was a true “Mr. Fix It”.

Originally from Newport, Kentucky, Chris moved his new family to New Richmond, Ohio, to start a new chapter. He was an avid outdoorsman who found peace in camping and hiking at Red River Gorge, often reflecting on life with close friends. The arrival of Naveah was nothing short of a miracle for Chris and his family. After several unsuccessful attempts to have a child, Naveah brought unparalleled joy and love into Chris's life. She was truly a daddy’s girl, and their bond was incredibly special.

Chris's unexpected passing has left his immediate family, extended family and friends devastated. We are seeking your generosity to help cover the costs of his funeral and to create a cushion for Neavaeh, ensuring she has financial support as she grows up without her father. Any amount you can contribute will make a significant difference and will be a deeply appreciated blessing.
