I am grateful for the support and love from everyone who has reached out during this difficult time in my life. The recent loss of my big brother Johnnie Sawyer has deeply affected me. Despite my own struggles, I have continued to fight for and assist the community in Chicago, and though out the state of Illinois working with political and community leaders. It has been disheartening to feel like the support I give is not reciprocated. However, I trust that God will provide and guide me through this.
