Help Honor Maurice Lopez's Memory

It's with great sadness and a heavy heart our beloved Maurice Lopez unexpectedly passed away on Father's Day, 06-16-24. Maurice suffered a hemorrhagic stroke on Thursday, 06-13-24. Unfortunately, we were not able to find a neurosurgeon who would try to perform the surgery needed as Maurice was deemed inoperable due to his condition and the severity of his condition. Our family finally decided to remove Maurice from life support as we knew this was not a way of life that he would have chosen for himself. Each day, his reflexes were less and less, confirming the severity of the brain damage that had occurred and was irreversible.

Our family is devastated by Maurice Lopez's loss and not prepared for the high cost of funeral costs and unexpected expenses.

We want to give Maurice the memorial he deserves, honor his memory, and say our last goodbyes. We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Maurice's funeral and unexpected expenses. We greatly appreciate everyone's support during this time.

From his son: Maurice Lopez, my father, my hero, my friend, my pain in my butt . He was such a clown but such an amazing person. To know everything he did for this world is crazy to know I was always right next him and even now, I see things he was doing he never mentioned cause he just did from his heart. All of his customers became family all his the contractors the same. Vendors co-workers same. Workers were like sons People he mentored always like family. I know u hear all kinds of stuff when people go, but at least I know that what I'm saying is facts, not opinion. I thank God for having his phone. Dad, we all love you. Thank u for the blessing of u just being you. I bet Jesus has his hands full since u got there. Can't wait to hear the funny stories when I catch up to u.
