Help Jaxon get the equipment he needs

Hi my name is Reann and I want to tell you a little about my 7 year old son Jaxon who I am trying to raise funds to pay for vital equipment he needs due to his health conditions and disabilities.

Jaxon was born with Spina Bifida & hydrocephalus. He is a full time wheelchair user. Jaxon also struggles with hyper mobility in his ankles , hands ,wrists & shoulders which makes things difficult for him to navigate safely that other 7 year olds manage easily. As well as these conditions Jaxon also has difficulties related to his speech delay. He is also still unable to sit up without support.

As a family we have faced a constant struggle to access the vital equipment and services that he needs. We have battled on as many families with disabled children find they have to in the vain hope that we can get Jaxon what he needs. So far this has sadly been with out success.

We understand everyone is in financial difficulties at the minute but if you can afford even a small donation we would be so grateful.

Top of Jaxon’s list is a much needed specialist bed as at the moment he’s in a cot which is very far from ideal for his age and his disabilities. Jaxon desperately needs bed that is appropriate for his age and is safe for him and his needs. We have tried to get it from NHS but have been blocked at every avenue as the service state it’s not something they can provide and social care are also saying they cannot access any funding for this kind of item.
