Help Lincoln kick Karen's butt!

On January 28th, Lincoln Baggott (age 20 months), went to a local hospital to diagnose an unknown mass on his tongue and throat. During this process Lincoln needed immediate medical intervention to save his life due to complications during an MRI procedure. Subsequently, he needed CPR for 10 minutes. Thankfully, Lincoln is a fighter and here to stay! The mass in his throat was officially diagnosed as Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma at Dallas Children's Hospital. This diagnosis is a malignant soft tissue tumor that Shelly, Lincoln's Mom, likes to refer to simply as "Karen." She explained the C word will not be given the power, and Karen is now the enemy we can refer to collectively. Lincoln's prognosis will not involve surgery due to the location (tongue and throat), but will involve an extensive treatment plan of chemo and radiation over 1 year. He is unable to speak and breathe through his throat. Therefore, he must use a tracheotomy to breathe during treatment, and  he will undergo speech pathology treatment in the future. 

As you can imagine, Lincoln's family, Chris, Shelly, and Hudson have had to endure an immense amount of trauma and heartache. They will need to make lifestyle changes in order for this treatment plan to be successful. This GoFundMe page is being created to allow Chris and Shelly to focus on the health and care of Lincoln while he continues treatment. While Chris and Shelly are currently unsure of the future out-of-pocket  medical expenses, the page is a starting point to help the Baggott family with any ongoing medical expenses that they may incur and contribute towards their new lifestyle changes (i.e. food, comforting items for Lincoln, etc.). In addition to prayer support and in-person support, we can collectively offer financial security to the Baggott family to kick Karen's butt!
