Help Lois Fight Stage IV Renal Failure

Lois is a mother of 3 and grandmother of 8. After turning 65 last year, her health took a drastic turn. She is fighting end stage renal failure and going through hemodialysis with difficulty due to blood pressure concerns. Lois also has developed multiple heart conditions that have caused her to go into cardiac arrest 3 times. Learning that she is now legally blind due to eye disease, she is unable to drive and care for herself. As if that wasn’t enough, she is now a partial amputee learning how to walk again due to a diabetic foot ulcer that took part of her foot. Every day is a new challenge from multiple hospital visits, home health needs, rehab, eating correctly (low sodium and no sugar) and being unable to go back to her home as it’s not wheelchair accessible.

My sisters and I are starting this GoFundMe in hopes that we can provide for temporary relocation of our mother to be closer to her family during this difficult healing process. We also would like to provide her with additional home health services not covered by insurance.
