Help Marlana Christopher Protect Her Daughter

I want to first start by thanking everyone for your willingness to help and support my mom and sister. This is very urgent and we need help!

My mom Marlana Christopher, who has protected us from abuse for years, and is truly a strong, kind, loving and law abiding citizen but most importantly a mother in a corrupted world as many others, has been

wrongfully jailed in Oklahoma while trying to protect my little sister, who disclosed strangulation and child abuse while in her dad’s care. She may be extradited to Texas soon. My mom needs to post bond in order to get out of jail and get legal help, and be able to protect my sister. We do not have enough money for this.

Before her arrest, my mom was in communication with CPS, DA Child Abuse Prosecution Unit, The Colony PD and school, as well as the father (per court order she has to inform the school and father if there’s an emergency and she won’t be returned back at the scheduled time.) CPS in Oklahoma told her to take my sister to a forensic interview at a child advocacy center on Nov 6th, and she was following this directive when she was arrested, due to the allegedly abusive father going to get a warrant for “custodial interference” against her in Texas to try and stop my sister from disclosing anything further.

My sister had disclosed to counselors abusive/aggressive behaviors by the father in The Colony, TX, including that he strangled her by grabbing the back of her jacket and lifting her off the ground. Hospital records show my sister’s airway was restricted after this. My sister, who is 10 years old, also alleged being forced to sleep in the bed with her grandfather while he was naked, with his genitalia pushing up against her when she woke up in the middle of the night. She wasn’t allowed to leave.

My mom was taking my sister to a forensic interview in Mcalester, OK at Ryan’s House Child Advocacy's Center where they arrested her for following what CPS required her to do as a protective mother of her children. She has raised 6 boys prior and has protected us from physical abuse and sexual abuse. The father has an extensive criminal history as you can see in public records and on social media posts.

I know we can get justice for my mom and my sister because In scripture it tells that pride comes before the fall.

CALL TO ACTION: we need financial help, especially to post bond so she can get out of jail to get legal help and get my sister safe. As her second oldest son (Jeremiah) I’m doing the best I can but we need help since she was wrongfully arrested for protecting my sister, her 10 year old daughter. Most importantly we need help to post bond, and for attorney fees, medical expenses, money on her books if she remains in jail, phone calls to us, etc. Every contribution helps and we appreciate it so much.
