Heartbreaking help this little boy make memories

Donation protected
Unfortunately , they’ve had the heartbreaking news that there is no more treatment for him
I’m wanting to try to get AJ and he’s family a little holiday or a few days away to make memories

Please take the time to read AJ story below

His name is Anthony-James junior Briddick (Aj). He is 5 years old and this is his story…
So it all started on the 9th December 2022 when he was suffering with headaches n feeling poorly. So he went to the doctors to find out what was going on for the doctor to tell us he had to go straight hospital as his left side of his face started to drop
They went straight to James cook they ran some tests told them they had to go straight to the RVI in Newcastle Because they had found something and it wasn’t looking good his mams heart just dropped along with everyone else close to him.
In this moment they knew it wasn’t good news and they just had to pray and have there fingers crossed.
Within 15 mins the ambulance was there to take them to the Rvi…
Over that weekend they found out that he had a very rare brain tumour called Choroid plexus carcinoma this is a rare type of brain cancer that happens mainly in children.
Choroid plexus carcinoma begins as a growth of cells in the part of the brain called the choroid plexus. Cells in the choroid plexus produce the fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. This fluid is called cerebrospinal fluid, also known as CSF. As the cancer grows, it can cause too much CSF in the brain. This can lead to symptoms such as irritability, nausea or vomiting, and headaches
They done surgery on aj to try and remove as much as the tumour as they could they got some but not all of it as he had a main blood vessel running through the middle of it aj then had to go through chemotherapy and he didn’t take it well he was really poorly off it but he’s such a fighter and is still going!! After the chemotherapy they done a scan to find out that the chemotherapy wasn’t working and it was growing fast and aggressively. His parents and the professionals had a meeting to find out what the next steps were to helping Aj fight the fight against this rare cancer. So his parents agreed to try radiotherapy to see if it increases the chance off keeping him here longer.
They started the radiotherapy for another long six weeks. After the six weeks of grueling radiotherapy he had a 3 months break and then they done a scan to find that it had shrunk the tumour and the radio therapy was still working its magic so they waited another 3 month for another scan in December 2023 to find out that it had not shrunk but also hadn't grew anymore either so another long 3 month wait but this time aj started to have headaches again in March 2024 so was took for an early scan to find out that it he has unfortunately grew another two tumours and the main one he's got has got has got alot bigger also so his professor has said that if he can't find any new treatments or medicine that he can trial on aj there will be nothing more they can do for him and that is something parents should never have to hear but aj is still fighting he's still his funny self telling everybody off and always full of smiles he's such a warrior x
Show this little boy some love n support ♥️ show him he’s not alone on this hard journey. X
