Help me solve some emergencies

Hi, I'm Elysia – a once-successful writer-editor-translator turned podcaster who has has a rough start to the year (after some rough COVID years that changed everything).

A broken sink that I do not have the funds to get fixed is the final straw making me realize that I do need to ask for help, as hard and uncomfortable as it is. I am struggling to keep up with my own medical bills for my burst ear drums and broken ankle earlier this year as well as ongoing autoimmune complications from Long COVID, plus emergency vet bills (I have a severely asthmatic cat who needs ongoing care), and most of all my rent (which makes it hard for me to ask my landlord for repairs) – and this money would allow me to pay off at least part of my growing debt.

Absolutely no pressure to contribute, of course – please understand how difficult it is for me to ask, as I would NEVER expect that of anyone, friend or otherwise. But of course, my deepest gratitude to those who do have the means and desire to help in any small way.
