Help Mignon Rejuvenate Detroit
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Mignon Bolivar Tuner, Head of Cimmaron Development Enterprises LLC. I have purchased 14 units on Longwood St in Detroit Michigan attempting to completely renovate them. I believe this will also be extremely helpful towards rejuvenating the surrounding African American community.
I want to express and create my permanent commitment to my community and show them that we are behind theme even in the toughest of times. I’m so optimistic that this one small street in Detroit can be a thriving community for families striving to live fully, safely, and in comfort.
After entering the real estate business I decided to invest in Michigan rather than my homestead in California. This was due to seeing many traditionally-Black neighborhoods, being threatened by dilapidated structures around them.
By renovating these structures, I hope to provide housing to people of a like-mind and background. I hope to be fully funded by January 31st and all donated funds will be directly used for renovating and furnishing 2 units to create more affordable housing.
With this undertaking, I also am proud to pass on these beliefs and commitment to my children as we continue to give back as a family. While also showing the community that with vision, tenacity, and hard work, we can recover from anything.
Cimmaron means Sanctuary. With your help, I will be able to continue to create a safe space for my tenants and hope to add to the enrichment of the African-American community.
I would be very grateful and proud of anything you can offer. In being of service to those in need, and creating a legacy for my children would be the two greatest accomplishments of my life.
