Help my family get through lock down

Michelle Stenberg and I have been friends since 1996. She's been ride or die since junior high, and that really says something because junior high girls are The Worst. But not Michelle. She's good people. 

Michelle, her husband, and her young son have been sheltering in place like the rest of us. But, they're running into some tough trade offs. Economic pressures mean that they're stuck between staying safe and getting dinner on the table.

Politics aside, I think we can all agree that this is objectively a terrible position for any family to be in. The good news is, you and I are in the position to do something about it.
