Please help, he needs to pay for a lawyer.

if you have twitter please watch. My brother is a marine veteran who has been struggling with mental illness for the last 8 years now. He was caught on video being arrested way to harshly for “j-walking” on his bike. On the video you can clearly see him not resisting and getting tazed. They charged him a 12,000 dollar bond. And didn’t even charge him for j walking. It was all for resisting. My brother needs a lawyer and justice. Please help.
