Help Nardia Fight Leukemia

Hi, my name is Cassy; I've grown very close with Nardia and her family over the past two years. Her story is nothing short of a miracle. She's a Lupus warrior, has had two brain surgeries, two hip surgeries, two eye surgeries, blind in her left eye. Last year she beat breast cancer and, unfortunately, is now battling an aggressive Secondary Leukemia Cancer. Less than 1% of people are diagnosed with this rare blood cancer. It breaks my heart to know she has to once again fight for her life while worrying about her son, mother, school tuition, home bills, and medical bills. The chemo treatment is intense this time around and requires her to stay in the hospital for a month. No visits, No working, No family time. One of the modalities used to treat acute leukemia is a stem cell transplant. 

There is a disproportion between the number of African-Americans who receive a stem cell transplant and other races mostly due to the lack of availability of suitable matches.
