My name is Ahmed , I am a Gaza war survivor in Egypt. My close family is still stuck in Gaza.
During the war we lost friends, our house, clinics, and all of our memories. The war is not over yet. My family is still at risk of losing their lives. Even more, I am not ready to lose my dream of becoming a doctor. I joined Medical school in Egypt. I am still studying medicine in the university, having 4 years to graduate.
As all of you know, there are no jobs, no connections and no electricity in Gaza. So my dad is not able to send money for me anymore.
Unfortunately I am in a desperate situation, not having enough money to pay my monthly expenses and I need to pay my university fees.
The total targeted consists of:
- 5k dollars - university fee for myself
- 4k dollars - expenses for 1 year for myself (about 400 dollars per month are being spent on bills, food etc)
- 2k dollars - repair costs for our damaged flat
