Nick Shelton, a Northwater Treatment Plant team member in Golden, CO, has a unique reason for working safely and getting home to his family every day. His daughter has a rare medical condition, and after hearing his heartwarming story at a recent safety meeting, many have reached out to see how they can help. Nick and his wife have been saving money recently to get his daughter a trained Service Dog to identify when she is not feeling well.
