Help Nicole's Family Honor Daniel's Memory

Hi, my name is Nicole. My father, Daniel, was diagnosed with stage 4 small cell lung cancer in April. He immediately started chemo, but unfortunately, the chemo started attacking his brain, causing him to be admitted to the hospital three weeks ago to the day. He started rapidly declining and within a week, could no longer walk, talk, or feed himself. A few short days later, after being transferred to Allegheny, he could no longer respond and continued to decline.

On Friday, my brother and I made the decision to bring him home. He was brought by ambulance on Saturday and passed away with all three of us children by his side today around 4:30. Unfortunately, he had no life insurance and we have to figure out how to afford the cost of his cremation and burial of ashes at the plot we already own. We will not be holding any service or showing, we just want to lay our dad to rest peacefully.
