Help Our Mom With Cancer Recovery Finances

Hi, I'm Sage and I'm writing this with my sister, Shannon, on behalf of our mom, Debby.

Back in March, our mom got sick with pneumonia, and follow up X-Rays showed a mass that didn't seem to be going away, so in July she had a CAT scan, and shortly after had a biopsy and was diagnosed with Stage 1B Non-Small cell lung cancer. On August 4th, the upper right lobe of her lung was removed, and by the grace of God, the pathology showed that they were able to remove the cancer completely, and it doesn't appear to have spread anywhere else. She will have ongoing scans over the next several years.

However, while she doesn't have cancer anymore, she has been unable to work since the recovery process began August 4th, and she'll be out of work until October 2nd. This has been difficult in regards to finances when it comes to the pricey medical bills, as well as living expenses. We're asking for $10,000 to help with the $8,500 of medical bills, and $1,500 for food, electricity, and other living expenses. We appreciate any bit that can help, our mom is one of the kindest moms in the world and we just want to help alleviate some of this financial stress for her while she's in recovery.
