Help Rach thru hike the Appalachian Trail!

Hey! My name is Rachel, I'm 29, & live in PA.

I've always loved nature and any reason to get outside. Over the past few years, my passion for the outdoors has grown as I hiked, kayaked, & backpacked my surrounding states. Living near the Appalachian Trail, I have always known of its existence and hiked along it countless times but never knew where it started or ended or that people walked from one end to the other. As soon as I learned about thru-hiking I was hooked.

Thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail has been a dream of mine for so long and I want to make it a reality! Donating any amount to my journey would be greatly appreciated. Funds donated would help me cover gear replacement, hotel/hostel stays, food resupply, and any unexpected emergencies that may arise. Since things keep moving back home, donations would also cover student loan payments & kitty food.

Attempting this thru-hike is an opportunity of a lifetime and I cannot wait to hit the trail!
