Help Rollins Rebuild after Hurricane Dorian

My name is Brian M Lockwood and my wife Cynthia and I survived the devastation of hurricane Dorian in Abaco Bahamas. We were fortunate to get out after the storm and are now back in Poquoson Virginia with family. Many of you have asked us how you can help.  We are doing well but ask that you please consider helping our friend Rollins (Julson Macena). Rollins lost everything, literally, from Hurricane Dorian in Abaco Bahamas. He has a wife and 6 children ages 4 to 18. His modest home was flattened and his family took shelter in an overturned vehicle during Dorian. A couple of days after the Cat 5 hurricane Rollins walked and rode a bike 7 miles to our neighborhood. He said he was worried about all of us and wanted to help in any way could. He had not slept and barely ate in two days but still had a weary smile on his face. Rollins wife and family have been relocated to a shelter with friends in Nassau New Providence. Rollins said that he wants to stay and work so he can send money to feed his family.
Rollins is a skilled mason, carpenter, all around handyman and one of the hardest working people I know. Even after past storms he has put others before himself to help rebuild. Over the last year Rollins has been instrumental in renovating our Abaco house. All of his tools and possessions are gone so we are starting this campaign to help him get back on his feet and take care of his large family. This is a man that will help rebuild Abaco . He wants to, and will work, not just wait for assistance.  It will be a hard road ahead for him. We consider Rollins a friend.  I will be going back to Abaco several times over the next couple of months to help my neighbors and repair our damaged house. I will be sure whatever is raised will be given directly to Rollins and his family. Any donation will be greatly appreciated.
