Help send home the body of Ebrima Marie for burial.

"Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilayhi Raji'un" ("Verily we belong to Allah, and truly to Him shall we return").

With a heavy heart, we announce the death of our beloved nephew, Ebrima Marie, the son of Dembo Marie and Fatou Kambi of Kiang Mandina, Kiang West, LRR. This sad event occurred in Milan, Italy, in the early hours of June 28th, 2024. Ebrima was a wonderful young man full of life and promise. He lived a whole but a very short life, sadly ending after a brief illness that took him away from all of us this soon.

As you can imagine, the family is struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of returning the body to his home village for a fitting burial, which we believe would help bring closure to his parents and the rest of the extended family and friends in Kiang Mandina and the surrounding communities.
