Help Summer With Medical Debt

Hello! For those who haven't had the chance to get to know me yet, I'm Summer Howell. I've created this account because the past year brought unexpected challenges. In spring of 2022 I suffered from what is suspected to be either a stroke or a seizure. The doctors are not entirely sure which. Despite undergoing nearly 75 different tests and even a risky biopsy on a tumor located in my left thalamus, doctors couldn't provide a conclusive answer. Fortunately, the tumor turned out to be benign and likely contributed to complications related to my type one diabetes. This required me to withdraw from NC State University and be unemployed for over a month to prioritize my health.

 As a result of these events, I accumulated thousands of dollars in medical debt and faced significant financial instability due to my unemployment. That's why I'm here, seeking to raise funds to alleviate my medical debt and continue pursuing my education.
