Hi
My name is Bat, and I am the owner of Sushi Mon restaurant serving Chicago for last 14 years. Sushi Mon became Chicago's recognized sushi brand and served hundreds thousands Chicagons. My 2 children grew up at Sushi Mon as 2nd home.
We worked hard to survive during Covid lockdowns last 2 years just to see everything vaporized we had as US Counsel refused to extend our investor visa as we went back to our home country in hope to get result faster than trying in USA. Reason was told me is we didn't answer letter that we never received in mail. It was our 1st mistake that went abroad for visa extension.
We were in process of obtaining Chicago Liquor License as we seeing booming business was on its way to us. We were not given that chance to happen.
We tried to sell our restaurant with hope to save Sushi Mon restaurant brand. It becomes priority. As trusted person's family stepped in to buy, we agreed to skip earnest money part to get things done quick as possible. That was our 2nd mistake. After we spent money to train buyers for handling business for 5 months, they decided not to continue as they could not agree within themselves on business decisions.
Meantime I spent my time to learn Apple's newest coding language as effort to transform Sushi Mon LLC into technology company. But it needs time to make it happen.
As travelling and spending to save our restaurant, we became unable to continue support anything. In order to get visa again we need good lawyer, resource and take care of our credit card balances.
I am looking Chicago folks to help us on mounted debt after all struggles.
Thank You
