Help the Ebeling Family Fight Cancer

Hello- we come to you all for some help. Our dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer that metastasized to the bone.

My sister Cara and I are creating this go fund me in hopes to help my parents with the long term medical costs.

It has been quite the rollercoaster ride to say the least.

Our dad tripped over the family cat back in November of 2023. So naturally after it wasn’t getting better with home remedies he went to a chiropractor. After a while of seeing the chiropractor with little to no improvement, an MRI was ordered.

It was seen on the scan that our dad had something pushing against his spinal column. Which is why he was in so much pain.

Our dad’s primary physician didn’t do any further testing and told him he had cancer and shipped him off to oncology.

In the couple visits we had with his primary physician was so awful. He told my dad he could use heroin for the pain but that wouldn’t even touch it. He also said to call hospice because our dad only had 6 months to live. The WORST experience ever! We were beside ourselves and so sad! No primary doctor should tell you a prognosis especially since they are not an oncologist!

So now he is seeing an oncologist and has had several procedures and scans done to find out what the heck is going on. He had a biopsy of his bone which showed the cancer to be GI related.

So April comes around and we now have a diagnosis, Colon cancer that metastasized to the bone. Finally, we can start treatment.

Our dad has done multiple rounds of radiation and is on his 3rd round of chemo.

Us girls are caring for our parents, we both are living with them. Our dad is wheelchair bound with very little walking with his canes and mom has some health things going on as well.

We ask that you please take our family into consideration to donate towards to help with the medical bills- gas etc to get back and forth.
