Help to fund cancer treatments & buy me some more time

Dear friends,

Those of you who know me will be aware that I have been battling cancer (squamous cell carcinoma) for the last 12 months, and I have been overwhelmed with your messages of support. Thank you - they really have helped keep me and the kids going.

However, I have spent a whole year in agonising pain, too weak to move from the sofa most days, and unable to make precious memories with my children and grandchildren. Unfortunately, I have now been told I have a few months to one year left to live. The only thing the NHS can offer me is palliative chemotherapy which will not cure it. I’ve had extremely severe reactions so far and may not even be able to continue with it.

I have found an alternative protocol which includes various therapies, treatments, and supplements. It involves travelling to clinics, possibly several trips to Frankfurt and other clinics in the UK on a regular basis.

Many people are living longer and having a better quality of life with the protocol however it is hugely expensive and my pension won’t stretch to cover it. I am hopeful the protocol will help and am desperate to live long enough to attend my daughter’s wedding and graduation next year. I’m not one to ask for help by nature but this situation is unprecedented. Please support if you can, however little, and share if you can’t.
