It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Travis Eugene Thornton. Travis was not only a loving father, son, and brother, but also a dear friend to many. His unexpected departure has left a void that can never be filled.
On June 24th, 2024, Travis passed away peacefully with his two Aussie pups by his side. Travis was the father of Noah Thornton (age 27) and Mara White (age 26) and grandfather (Pops) to Winona White (age 1). He poured his heart and soul into raising his kids and grandkid with care and compassion. Family was the cornerstone of his life, and he treasured every precious moment spent with his loved ones. Travis' impact was profound, and his love touched the hearts of all who knew him. His loss leaves a void that can never be filled, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him. Travis' legacy of love, strength and devotion will continue to inspire all who knew him.
As friends and family of Travis, we are reaching out to ask for your support during this incredibly difficult time. For those who would like to help, contributions can be provided here on GoFundMe and via Venmo using the handle @mthorn. All contributions will help offset funeral costs and unexpected expenses that Noah and Mara will need to help settle Travis' estate.
Feel free to share this GoFundMe link with anyone looking for ways to give and support the family.
Travis touched the lives of so many with his kindness, humor, and generosity. Now, it's our turn to give back and support Noah and Mara as they cope with this unimaginable loss. Thank you for your kindness, love, and support during this extremely difficult time.
