Help Us Honor Marvin "Veen" Cruz’s Memory

Dear friends, family, and compassionate supporters,

We are heartbroken to share the sudden and tragic loss of our beloved Marvin "Veen" Cruz, who passed away earlier today due to cardiac arrest. He was only 49 years old and had been courageously battling end-stage renal disease while awaiting a kidney transplant.

Veen was a remarkable individual who faced his illness with incredible strength and resilience. His warm heart, unwavering love, and selfless spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves behind his wife, Cheryl, and their son, JV, a proud USMC veteran and reservist.

In this time of immense grief, Cheryl and JV will be traveling to the Philippines to say their final goodbyes and handle the funeral arrangements. This unexpected journey and the associated funeral costs have placed a significant financial burden on our family.
