Help us open "Rascal's" SF's smallest pet shop!!!
Donation protected
Hello Everyone!
My name is Ryan from the Ropes for Rescues Recycling Program. For the past decade l have been a part of the artisan merchant community along the Embarcadero in San Francisco. After years of working at the outdoor market, I am happy to announce that we have an opportunity to open our own boutique pet shop!
We have secured a vintage newspaper stand at the corner of Market, Post and Montgomery in San Francisco. We will be selling our leashes and custom dog tags along with locally made dog treats, plush toys and other things for your more furry family members.
We are raising $25,000 to help with expenses, workshop upgrades and staff expansion. Your support can help us purchase a new industrial washing machine, hire part time staff and maintain our shop. A donation of $50, $100, $250 or any amount goes a long way to making “Rascal’s” a San Francisco Treasure. Stay tuned for Grand Opening News and I can’t wait to see you and your pups at the shop:)
If you are not familiar with the Ropes for Rescues Recycling Program, we repurpose retired climbing ropes and upcycle them into durable dog leashes. Each leash has a history of where the rope was used to climb and who the climber is that recycled the rope. 10% of the leashes are donated to the animal rescue of the climber's choice. The program has currently donated to #321 different rescues and organizations. With your continued support, I can't wait to see how far we can take this together!
If you are able to support in any way I would really appreciate it. Stay tuned for when we open up and please stop by the newstand for a treat.
