My Story Hello my name is Zacrie Scott. I’m a father to two beautiful children a 7 year old and A 3 year old. Ive been in both kids lives since they were born. I’ve watched them grow up, I’ve watched their personalities grow, and I’ve loved being there every minute of it. Unfortunately after separating with their mother she came to the conclusion that 50/50 would not work for her and her family. Her mother and her step father usually watch the kids while we work our serving jobs on the weekend. Apparently they did not want to give their time up with the kids so they I could have a equal parenting time with the kids. Sensing that I would not go away without a fight, she proceeded to instigate a situation with her sister in order to get me out of the picture. She knows me very well, and she knows I will fight until my last dying breath for my kids. Unfortunately this happened right around the time the national pandemic of Covid-19 took place. The courts closed and I saw my custody hearing date pushed back. March 27th then to April 15th then to May 13th( I remember this date because it was the day after my daughters birthday and one of my lowest moments of my life.) then to May 22nd and then pushed way back until August 11th. I was blessed to receive financial help from the Cheesecake Factory Inc (500.00) and thought the government via stimulus check (1,200) and unemployment. Unfortunately starting over with new apartment, clothes, car is very expensive, and hiring an attorney was just the last financial straw I had. It was all worth it because I thought I would see my kids again soon.


I was scraping by, until the day I was pulled from my car at gunpoint and detained by the OC sheriffs department. I was informed that the car was reported stolen. I was dumbstruck until I realized it was my ex who reported it stolen. I began to plead with the officers to allow me to show them proof that the car was mine. They agreed and they released me stating that is looked like a civil matter between us. Shaken from the incident I proceeded to gather evidence and file a police report against her stating that she falsified her vehicle theft report. A crime in California.


I simply can’t believe a woman, who at one point I loved beyond reason would not only take my kids away from me, but take pleasure in trying to get my freedom taken away as well. I’m working on getting her charged with the crimes she has committed but I need your help on getting a good attorney that will help me fight for my kids. Especially my oldest who is not mine biologically, but I have raised since he was born and who calls me daddy. I have been to every doctors appointment, every parent teachers conference, and have been present at every milestone. I can not afford to have my kids held from me anymore. I will fight.
