Support Julie's Fight Against Breast Cancer

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. My name is Julie. I am a mom of two boys ages 16 and 20. I am their only parent as their dad passed away in 2021. Last month I was diagnosed with Bilateral Breast cancer, multiple stages, but I will beat it! Im being treated in Pittsburgh and my surgery is scheduled for July 26th. I have been working as much as I can, but between the doctors appointments and just being plain tired, it's not possible for me work enough to keep the bills paid while Im off. Surgery is going to put me off work for atleast 3 months. I have been an EMT for 4 years, the job requires alot of lifting and moving. Before I return back I need to be in the best shape for my patients. Also, I may need further treatments in order to keep the cancer from returning so I may be off longer. Unfortunately, the bills keep coming, between travel costs and medical items insurance does not cover, expenses are adding up quickly. My family and I are doing everything we can to help ourselves, but we need some help. This is when I ask, if you please can help in anyway your generosity would be greatly appreciated. Asking for help is very hard for me, but this is not a time to be to proud. I just need to focus on kicking Cancers ass. Our plan is to pass along all the generosity and prayers we have and hopefully will receive once I am better.
