Honoring a Life of Courage and Resilience

Hello Family & Friends,

Today, we gather with heavy hearts to honor the life of our dad,son,brother and friend Pedro Barbosa Nino, who was born on October 23, 1964, and peacefully went to rest on September 25, 2024. For over two and a half years, my father fought an unrelenting battle with Ewing Sarcoma and Renal Cell Carcinoma. His strength was awe-inspiring; even in the face of unimaginable pain, he remained steadfast, determined, and filled with hope. His resilience was not just a testament to his will to live but a reflection of his love for his family and those who knew him. He was not defined by his illness but by his warmth, generosity, and the unwavering love he had for his loved ones. Though the cancer took his body, it never touched his spirit, which remained radiant until the very end. Today, we remember our dad not just for the battle he fought but for the countless ways he touched our lives, leaving behind memories of a life lived with courage, dignity, and immeasurable love.
