Everybody here in Novato decided to start a GoFundMe account on behalf of Derrek Leeds to be able to have a Celebration of Life. Derrek was so loving, caring, and kind. Extremely funny and always more than a pleasure to have around. It is an honor to have had him as the amazing friend that he was.

Anyone who knew Derrek knew he'd give you the shirt off his back knowing it would help that person out, he would stop on a dime to come to your aid if you were in need. He was truly an amazing person, a one in a million to have around.
