Honoring Jose Abujasen: A Celebration of Life and Love

Dear Friends and Family,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that our beloved father, Jose Abujasen, is nearing the end of his courageous two-year battle with pancreatic cancer. As he is now under hospice care and unable to speak, we are preparing for his peaceful transition and wish to honor him with a dignified burial that reflects the incredible life he lived.

Jose, at 67 years old, was truly the life of the party. He filled every room with his boundless energy, infectious laughter, and an unyielding zest for life. Like the timeless Frank Sinatra song, he lived life his way—embracing every moment with love, laughter, and an unwavering spirit. "He did it his way," and his presence brought light to all who knew him. His legacy of love and laughter will continue to shine in our hearts forever.

He leaves behind his loving daughters Evelyn, Elena, and Regla, and his cherished grandchildren: Brian (26), Daniella (26), Maegan (22), Izzie (18), Alex (15), and Ellie (9). His devoted life partner and the mother of his children, Diana, remains by his side, as does his beloved 91-year-old mother, and his brother.
