Riley Collins Dean, 29, of Wilmington, Delaware passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, September 23, 2024.

Riley was a graduate of St. Mark’s High School, class of 2013, where he participated in ice hockey and volleyball.

Riley had an eclectic taste in music, enjoying several genres. He possessed a talent for drawing and sketching, and was known for making others laugh. Riley enjoyed being at the beach and his time in the ocean. He also enjoyed fishing. Riley was raised in a family of Eagles fans, but always found himself staying true to his Dallas Cowboys.

Riley will be dearly missed by his parents, Sheri Sutton and husband, Ed, Edward Dean and wife, Patricia; his brothers, Tayler Dean (Samantha) and Nathan Anderson (Rio); his sisters, Erin Fawcett (Mike), Lauren Prather (Jordon Roberts) and Ashley June (Derek); his grandparents, Jim and Nancy Duffin, and Georgia Sutton. He was predeceased by his grandparents, F. Roy Dean Sr., Lillian Dean, and Edward Sutton Jr. In addition, he is survived by twelve nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Brody.
