Ida Recovery Fund - Louisiana Fulbright Chapter
Donation protected
The Louisiana Chapter of the Fulbright Association is providing this fundraising site to assist in recovery efforts in South Louisiana. Hurricane Ida has left devastation in her path and thousands are without power or a place to call home in unimaginable circumstances. Our state is hurting.
We would like to ask you to help by providing a donation. All funds will be used to directly assist victims of Ida through distribution of basic supplies in severely effected communities and through partnership with the Bayou Community Foundation serving LaFourche, Terrebonne, and Grand Isle.
Please help us make a difference to families in need.
I am Patrice Moulton, President of the Louisiana Chapter of the Fulbright Association, representing our Chapter in this project to assist our communities. Funds will be utilized for residents of south Louisiana parishes. With a focus on laFourche, Terrebonne, and Grand Isle.. Funds will provide specific items such as food, water, gasoline for generators, and cleaning supplies.
Follow-up volunteer opportunities will be made available when initial assessments and clearance has been completed and reputable organizations begin to organize work groups for recovery.
