Hi, my name is Vanessa Gallegos Ramos, I am the second oldest daughter of Frank. My father's death was sudden and unexpected. My father was born on June 16, 1960. He was raised in the city of Vista. He was a loving father, grandfather, and husband. He was always willing to help out whoever was in need. His daughters and son will keep his memory forever in their hearts. I created this account because I know a lot of people were asking to donate, and we sincerely appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts. Funds will be used to lay our father to rest.
