In Loving Memory of Windy Zhang

On the last day of 2022, Windy’s parents lost their daughter forever. She was the only child of this family and she was only 31 years old.

Windy came to Australia as a backpacker in January 2022 and had lived in Melbourne, Sunshine Coast and Alice Springs. She passed away in Alice Springs Hospital in a great sudden on 31 December 2022.

Her parents in China were in extreme grief and shock as Windy had been sharing only the good news and hiding the fact that she had been fighting for her health for a long time.

A group of friends are helping her father to get an Australia visa and come to bring her home. We are asking for any help you can provide for Windy’s father to cover the cost of travel, funeral expenses and some support for this family. Much appreciated for your support.
