India COVID19 support for patients & support staff

Please join me in supporting my of incredible health workers, volunteers and support staff who are on the front lines as we battle with the COVID 19 pandemic in India.

The funds raised will be used to support the patients with necessary medical and non medical supplies, transport and support for the carers. In one of the hospitals I am assisting it has only 2 care providers for 80 patients - so volunteers like me and my team have to play an important role. As second wave of the coronavirus pandemic is sweeping across India, with a devastating impact on people’s lives with over 350,000 reported infections per day any support is much appreciated.
About Me
Avanti Prabhu Meena is an author, social worker, politician and a model - educated in Australia, graduate of Griffith University and now living in Jaipur, Rajasthan. She prides herself in making a contribution towards a better human planet. Her work includes areas of women empowerment, sanitation, education and economic sustainability. Her work is focused on low social economic demographic and indigenous communities.

How will the funds be withdrawn?
The funds will be withdrawn from Australian bank account for direct transfer to the beneficiaries in India.
How will the funds be distributed the funds to the beneficiary?
The funds will be distributed to the hospitals, used for procuring essential supplies for care workers and patients directly.
What the funds will be used for?
Funds will be used for patient support, health worker support, emergency medical and food supplies and covering vaccinations costs.
What organisations you be supported if excess money is raised?
We look forward to supporting UNICEF if excess funds are raised.
