I'm fundraising for the farmers of Kure Pet Food.

 

While the court of Berks County Pennsylvania takes time to review the appeal for an injunction against them, as well as the many, many transgressions made by the judge who has had multiple complaints about his behavior sent in for Judicial Misconduct review, the 25 farmers and families who have supplied the wonderful quality materials for Kure Pet Food are left unemployed, unable to sell products, and unable to feed their farm animals.

 

The Judge in the case told these farmers they cannot sell to anyone except Answers Pet Food even though there are no contracts, non-competes, exclusives or agreements between any of them and Answers Pet Food... this was a communistic action against a religious minority. Additionally, while Answers Pet Food demanded this outcome, they have not actually purchased any of these products. In my opinion this evidences that the lawsuit was no more than retaliatory and not for the purpose of supporting the animals that it claims to care about. While the court granted Keith Hill of Answers Pet Food the exclusive authority to purchase these supplies, Keith Hill stated under oath that he, "does not have the current ability to purchase or manufacture (products from these farmers)." This will affect all of their families, the economy of the state of Pennsylvania (and beyond), and will force them to unnecessarily slaughter over 1,800 female milk goats, which will take up to 2 years to recover.
