Jake's Stroke Recovery Fund

Jacob Johnson, son of John Johnson & Lavonne Johnson, suffered an unexpected stroke at the age of 26 this past Tuesday, February 27th. Jake's stroke, caused by an existing clot in his heart, left him with brain swelling and without the ability to use the left side of his body.

Today, with the help of the most amazing medical staff and Jake's hard work, we are so thankful to say that Jake's cognitive function has begun returning along with some function in his left extremities.

It is a blessing to begin considering Jake's long term recovery options.

We know Jake is a fighter and will work hard to regain all that was lost on Tuesday afternoon.

We appreciate any help towards Jake's journey to recovery.
