Jazz's Recovery Fund

This was written by Jazz’s friends and family on her behalf. 

Jazz has recently been experiencing extreme symptoms of nonepileptic seizures, which have caused debilitating paralysis and speech impairment. Her quality of life has been devastated as she can no longer walk, drive, work, or continue her education. Speech is difficult and she requires assistance to eat or drink. Currently, her mobility is restricted to a wheelchair.
