Jason Michaels-help for home m

As most of you know,my brother Jason who is 41 years old suffered an AVM on November 11,2014 while bowling. An artery ruptured that supplies bloodflow to his spinal cord. He has remained paralyzed from the waist down ever since. He has had multiple back surgeries and setbacks with blood clots. We have many modifications to do and he is in desperate need of handicapped accessible van to get out of the house and to appointments without having to tear down his manual wheelchair and transfer his body into a car with the help of our 75 year old mother who is his caregiver. We do not have the means to do all that needs done and he can no longer work at this point and time. Any help is greatly appreciated ,any at all.
