Jen Jarrett Final Expenses

Jennifer Jarrett beloved daughter, sister and aunt, died tragically in a head on collision in FL late Friday evening around 9:00 PM September 25, 2020 on her way home. Her family received the news from NC state troopers in the middle of the night Friday/Saturday and are devastated. Jen was a loving daughter to her parents Kevin and Leisa. She was a wonderful sister to Rachel & Stephen and Andrew & Kali. The beloved Grandaughter to Kay Taylor. A sweet niece to Sandy Bailey and Vickie Gwilt. The best “Aunt Poo,” to Addy, Legend, Khloe & Carter. A very loved cousin to Megan, Logan & Todd and best friend to Emily Dyer.

Jen was loved by many family and friends. She had a love for living life and making every moment count. She loved nature, hiking with her fur babies Olive and Styx, was an avid kayaker & had a love for mushrooms. Jen was working on her PhD at the University of FL and was hoping to move back home to NC soon after finishing. Family was not given a lot of details into what happened and are traveling to collect her pets,  personal belongings and to hopefully find some answers into this tragedy. Jen did not have life insurance so this will leave her parents with paying for her funeral and her student loans that they also co-signed to help her achieve her dreams of receiving her PhD and helping children in the juvenile justice system. At this time family is asking for assistance with her funeral and student loans, as Jen had almost $400,000 in private student loans, and only had her dissertation paper left to complete. Any help is much appreciated with this tragedy, every dollar will help.
