Job loss, medical emergency, and unexpected move

Hi! My name is Jason. A few weeks ago I lost my job, and then immediately after, I had a very serious infection in a sensitive area that necessitated emergency surgery and a week long hospital stay. I'm recovering; but bills are pilling up. Technically I'm still supposed to be on limited activity, and not supposed to lift or carry anything over 10 pounds.

Last week, I was also notified that I need to move.

My time here in SLC has been wonderful, but, with this last bit, it's time time for me to try and go back to Texas.

I need help. I don't want to lose all my things as well. A uhaul with a car trailer, plus storage when I get back, food and gas, and a urologist appointment to remove a catheter all look to cost around 2000 dollars. I have 42 dollars.

I'm desperately seeking help. I need to look at moving on with my life, but can't do so at this time with out assistance.

Anything will help.
