Join the Fight for a Writer photographers Recovery

I've worked hard all my life. I'm a writer/ photographer and have worked other jobs. In 2017, I was in a life altering car crash. After a year of recovery I caught a serious infection in both my legs which caused me to go into sepsis, almost leave this world and lose the use of my legs. I have disabilities because of being in septic shock three times, which caused leg and organ damage, in spite of this I continue to strive to regain better health. I have medical insurance but they do not pay everything and I have not yet returned to fulltime employment. I need assistance with extra expenses. For the past couple of years I have been in and out of the hospital and rehab. On May 24,2024, I again had a hospital stay for a week. For now I am wheelchair bound and homebound. Anything will help. The funds would be for medical needs and living expenses. Thank you in advance for your kindness, if you are unable to donate prayers are appreciated.

Update: on June 9 I fell braking two bones in my back.. This has added to my recovery. As of June 20 I am still in hospital.
